Clients may request a return or cancellation within 24 calendar days from the delivery date of the project, service, or digital product purchased. Returns will not be accepted after this period.
Eligibility is subject to the following criteria:
- Digital Services: The service must not have been fully completed or utilized by the client.
- Custom Software: Custom products or solutions are not eligible for return unless the agreed-upon requirements outlined in the initial contract have not been met.
- Codes and Licenses: These must be unused and intact.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products or services fully delivered and approved by the client.
- Consulting or advisory services already provided.
- Delays or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client.
Return or Cancellation Process
1. Initial RequestThe client must initiate the process by contacting our team via the official email or the contact form available on our website. The request should include:
- Detailed description of the service or product.
- Reason for the return or cancellation.
- Supporting documentation or evidence, if applicable.
Our team will review the request within 5 business days to determine its validity. The client will then be informed of the approval, rejection, or need for additional information.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Instead of a refund, the client may opt for a service adjustment or credit for future projects.
- If the return request arises due to errors attributable to www.theroberts.io (such as failure to meet specifications or defective deliverables), we will cover all related costs.
- Otherwise, administrative or cancellation-related costs will be the client’s responsibility.
